When our truck broke down in Belleville at midnight mid-route, it was Husain who drove out personally to swap the vehicle so the delivery didn’t miss. He leads day-to-day operations and is the person clients reach when something needs solving in real time. His approach is to show up, take ownership and fix the problem.
